Self-sovereign identity post-Brexit

Self-sovereign identity is a concept, where an individual is able to control his or her identity attributes, no matter where they reside. Will self-sovereign identity ultimately end up like Brexit i.e. no sovereignty at all or something along those of looking at self-sovereign identity as a means to have decentralised ID. This panel session will discuss the issues and ask whether such an approach can be usable in a government context.
