Biography

Caroline Copley has been head of the Digital Identity Strategy Development team in DCMS since June.  The world of digital identity is a new departure for her, although she has over 20 years of previous public service experience.  Caroline has worked in London and overseas in the Diplomatic Service.  She worked in DEXEU for two and a half years before the UK left the EU.

Caroline has also worked in local government (school improvement and business management) and in the voluntary sector.  She is passionate about enabling less privileged young people to access the skills and opportunities that can help them into employment.
